You make a bug report directly integrated into Toogo: we visualize the problem and respond to you as quickly as possible, at no cost.

If the technicians' intervention lasts more than an hour, it will be billed, more details on the prices.

If the error comes from Toogo, obviously no support cost.

  • You have lots of questions but you don't like to solve them remotely

This was one of the designers' ambitions: to make Toogo a tool that allows working in a network and remotely, in particular, to facilitate communications between receptive agencies or operations centers carrying out combined circuits.

Toogo allows them to easily develop common and homogeneous travel documents (technical sheet, travel diary, price list, etc.) and facilitates inter-agency communications with a view to perfect coordination of reservations and operations.

Filling the database is a mandatory step, but it is the same for all systems of the same type. We get nothing for nothing...

 

The duration of this phase depends on the size of your company: the more suppliers you have, the more products you offer, the more destinations you operate in, the more languages you use to communicate with your suppliers and your customers... and the longer it will be... This duration also depends greatly on your involvement in this process and the resources you allocate to it.

 

It is therefore difficult to answer this question precisely. The most important thing to consider is not the time you will "lose" setting up and filling Toogo, but the time you will save when it is done: 30 to 35% for a destination advisor, a reservations manager, or a logistics manager. We are therefore talking about a "time" investment that will pay for itself in a few months and whose benefits are multiple: more comfort at work, less stress, more efficiency for the entire team.

Toogo is a constantly evolving project, which is enriched by all ideas. All your comments and suggestions are taken into account and studied and can lead to an evolution of the software. Betting on participatory does not mean that we systematically develop all the features desired by our partners and customers. We would risk falling into hyper-participation and creating a complex and incoherent gas factory.

If you express extremely specific needs, and you wish to have tools that you would have exclusivity, we can submit a quote for their design and development.

And we will even say "Of course". All your company's users can work simultaneously on the database and certain actions keep in memory the "trace" of their authors to know who did what.
